Why I sell real estate

What I bring to the table

I bring over twelve years of real estate expertise to the table. I joined the real estate business back in 2010, when the mortgage industry went through an overhaul due to the housing market crash of 2008, while going to college simultaneously. I began with auditing mortgage documents, ensuring accuracy, and completeness. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science of psychology in 2015 and developed the need to help people in a greater capacity.

This is when I entered the frontlines of mortgage originations as a VA mortgage processor. I enjoyed hearing the stories of what led each person to purchase or refinance their home, and most importantly, I loved being able to make that dream come true for them. In 2016, I fulfilled that desire to help in a greater capacity and expanded even further beginning my journey into mortgage underwriting. I underwrote conventional loans, FHA loans, VA loans, and Jumbo loans. Solving complex and intricate loan scenarios became my specialty; and I would provide 35-50 loan approvals every month, ranking in the top 5% at one of the biggest banks in the United States.

I provide expert guidance throughout the entire transaction with clear expectations set up front. I understand each person has different wants, different needs, and different desires. It is my job to ensure all your real estate needs are not only met, but fully satisfied. What I do outside of real estate

My two children and my pets are my entire life, everything revolves and centers around them. I love traveling, shopping, and experiencing new adventures, every chance I get. I enjoy taking my kids to the beach, surfing and swimming the days away, and watching the stars and constellations at night. I am an avid reader and writer! I published my first fiction book in 2022, titled Indygos Saga: The Alpha and the Omega. I found it fun to create an escape away from this reality, creating my own as I went. There will be a second book to this saga coming soon. I am also currently writing my first non-fiction book with the goal of publishing it by 2024.

I take pleasure in learning new things every day; every day is a new adventure for me. I love surrounding myself with all kinds of people and find that I learn so much from every person I meet. Every person has a different story to tell, a different perspective from which they view life, and a host of intriguing experiences that make them uniquely different. I find that real estate melds my love for people, learning, and new adventures together quite beautifully; all while being able to help others achieve their dreams and goals.
